The public relations firm vellaINC has relocated to a new downtown office in the lobby of the KeyBank Tower at 10 W. Second Street, Suite 110. The firm was previously located in the Bindery Building on North Jefferson Street, and President Chuck Vella said he wanted to downsize his office footprint while remaining in the heart of downtown Dayton.
