YWCA Dayton has completed the first phase of its $17 million renovation project. The historical building at 141 W. Third St., has been providing a fortitude of refuge, service, and safety for women and children across the Miami Valley for more than 100 years. Upgrades include creating ADA-accessible spaces, new energy-efficient windows, HVAC improvements, and larger, more welcoming private rooms and communal spaces for the residents.
