Koji Burger, the popular pop-up concept by Chefs Zachary Weiner and Brendon Miller, is ready to open the doors of its first brick-and-mortar location. The new fast-casual restaurant will be located at 127 E. Third St., the former site of Jollity, another successful project of Chefs Miller and Weiner. Koji Burger will officially open to the public at 11:00 a.m. this Tuesday, October 14.
The Koji Burger team tells Dayton.com that everything will be made in-house. Koji Burger will also have a variety of classic cocktails, beer, seltzers, and non-alcoholic options available for purchase. Once open, Koji Burger’s hours will be 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
