Anderson Financial Strategies, which has been located in the STRATACACHE Tower at 40 N. Main Street in downtown Dayton since 2015, has signed an extended five-year lease. With the expanded space, the financial planning and investment management firm now occupies 3,800 square feet on the 25th floor, up from 1,200 square feet, and signed a lease to occupy the space through June 2026. The larger office footprint should provide ample room for near-term and future growth, the company told the Dayton Business Journal. Anderson Financial plans to add at least two more employees to its existing five-person team by the end of 2021. The firm offers a portfolio of fee-based wealth management services, including portfolio management, holistic financial planning and support for retirement, estate and insurance plans, among other specialties.
