A successful home remodeling agency has opened its first office in the Oregon District. 2nd Life Restorations will celebrate its grand opening and ribbon-cutting of the new space at 411 E. Fifth St. at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, November 29. The owner of 2nd Life Restorations, Joe Collins, says moving to the Oregon District space is a dream come true as he grew up working on historical properties. 2nd Life specializes in premium home remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, and restorations of historic homes. Collins says his team can do plumbing and electrical work, and has EPA-certified HVAC technicians in-house, allowing them to follow a project from start to finish.
