Some of downtown’s newest housing units are now available for lease. The Home Telephone Building, a project from The Windsor Companies, added 20 luxury apartments to downtown’s housing options. The apartments are located at 100 E. Third Street in the former Price Stores building. According to the developer, the redevelopment was done under historic preservation guidelines to maintain the building’s original history and architecture while adding modern designs and finishes.
