Taft Law is planning to move its downtown office to a newly opened mixed-use building in the Water Street District. According to an article from the Dayton Business Journal, Taft plans to move from its current office in Stratacache Tower to The Delco by early 2026. The law firm plans to bring its more than 100 employees to the more than 27,500-square-foot space on the entire seventh floor of The Delco. Officials for both Taft and The Delco say that this new location will allow the firm to continue to grow.

“We are excited to move into what’s becoming one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods and to truly reimagine Taft’s space with cutting-edge facilities that best serve our clients and our community,” said Jennifer Hann Harrison, partner-in-charge of Taft’s Dayton office.

Taft is the first commercial tenant to sign a lease at The Delco, which officially opened its doors in the Water Street District last summer.
