An organization that has been serving the greater Dayton region for decades has made its new home inside of the Dayton Arcade downtown. The Miami Valley Urban League held a grand opening for its new office inside the Hub at the Dayton Arcade late last month. The organization is part of the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio and offers services such as job training, job placement, financial coaching, business development, and more to historically underserved communities in Montgomery, Greene, Preble, Miami, and Darke Counties. According to the Dayton Daily News, the City of Dayton provided $150,000 to the organization to help facilitate the move downtown.
