Officials with Montgomery County are asking local businesses, government offices, nonprofits, universities, and more to help teens get work experience. The YouthWorks program places high school students into a job to fit and improve their individual skill set. The goal of YouthWorks is to help teens learn work ethic, new skills, and work experience while earning wages paid by Montgomery County. More than 500 local companies have participated in the program over the years. Interested companies can learn more at the program and apply to be part of the program on the Job Center website.
