A brand new downtown apartment building is now accepting tenants. The 503, located at 503 E. Fourth St. in Oregon East, is pre-leasing now with the first move-in dates expected in early December 2023. Residents of the building’s West Wing will likely begin moving in a short time later during the first quarter of 2024. This new, large-scale development by Weyland Ventures will feature loft-style apartments ranging in size from studio units to two-bedroom units. Tenants of the 503 will also be able to enjoy in-unit washers and dryers, greenspace, a fitness room, dog wash station, complimentary internet and more.
