New Downtown Dinner Spot Now Open for Reservations

Mike ColvinFast Facts

Jollity, a restaurant that offers eclectic cuisine inspired by the flavors of the three owners’ experiences of international travel, is now open in a “soft opening” phase. With a reservation, diners can enjoy dinner, appetizer and dessert selections from the Jollity menu for dinner service Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 10 p.m. The restaurant, located at 127 E. Third St. in the Fire Blocks District, and the chef-owners of Jollity said this reservation-only soft opening is happening as the business waits for its liquor permit. Once the liquor permit is in hand, the restaurant will also offer a list of craft cocktails and a full-service bar in addition to the dinner menu. The three co-owners behind the business, Zackary Weiner, Brendon Miller, and Nathan Heil, are all veterans in the Dayton-area hospitality scene, who have joined together to open their own eatery.
