Hotel Ardent, currently under construction at 137 N. Main St., is on track to open its doors later this year. The 10-story boutique hotel, part of the Tapestry Collection by Hilton Hotels, will have 118 guest rooms, a 16-person board room, a fitness room, valet parking, and full-service restaurant, Bistecca, on the first floor. Hotel Ardent will be managed by First Hospitality of Chicago. According to First Hospitality’s website, Dayton itself was used as inspiration for the hotel’s design.
