New Event Space to Open Above Iconic Downtown Bourbon Bar

A new chapter is about to begin for Dayton’s Century Bar. The Century Upstairs Event Space is located on the second floor above the Century Bar and boasts a unique, industrial-edgy vibe with a 25-foot full-service bar. Owners say the space can accommodate up to 100 people and has a “blank canvas” interior that can be transformed to compliment different events. An open house for The Century Upstairs is planned from 3 to 7 p.m. next Thursday, July 14. Specialty vendors including a designer, florist, caterer, and photographer will be on hand for the event. Open House Tours are currently offered from 3 to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Saturdays.
