Community members are invited to recognize local Black business owners and entrepreneurs for the first-ever Gem City Black Business Month Awards celebration. The celebration is happening this August during Gem City Black Business Month. Nominations are now open to recognize excellence in various aspects of Black business leadership and entrepreneurship. Members of the public are invited to make their nominations by July 5 before voting begins on July 17 and ends on August 7. Winners will be announced on August 31 at the official Black Business End of Month Celebration.
