Mike Colvin Fast Facts

A new primary care facility is coming soon to downtown Dayton. Gem City Primary Care has signed a multi-year lease for space inside Talbott Tower at 118 W. First St., Ste. 800. The practice is family-owned with a mission to serve medical needs with dignity and respect. This is currently the only primary care facility located in downtown Dayton. The practice is expected to open in the fall of 2023. The practice will specialize in Pediatrics and Internal Medicine for the whole family.

“We are excited to bring much-needed primary care access to the growing community of people who live and work in downtown Dayton, as well as the surrounding communities,” said Katherine Lambes, MD, co-owner of Gem City Primary Care.

The office plans to accept all forms of insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare, and will utilize a sliding pay scale for uninsured patients.
