Yellow Springs-based public radio station, WYSO, has signed a lease for a new studio and recording space in downtown Dayton. Station leaders say the 500-square-foot space is at the corner of Fourth and Main Streets in the Dayton Arcade. Once finished, the station news team will use the space to produce stories while the music team will be able to record interviews with performers. “Having a presence in downtown Dayton has been a dream of ours for a long time,” WYSO General Manager Luke Dennis said in a statement. “We’re deeply grateful to our donors for making it a reality.”
