Owners of the hotel at 33 E. Fifth Street have announced a big change ahead for the property. The former Radisson Hotel closed its doors at the end of October ahead of beginning significant renovations. The owners of the hotel, LW Dayton LLC and its affiliate Lockwood Development Partners LLC, announced late last week that the 13-story hotel will be renovated and eventually reopened as a signature Hard Rock Hotel.
