Mike Colvin Fast Facts

Sinclair College and the 88th Force Support Squadron of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base are partnering on a new culinary program. The five-year partnership will teach Sinclair culinary students hands-on practice and fundamental skills needed for food truck operation. Students will learn in the classroom at Sinclair as well as onbase using the 88 FSS food truck. Program organizers say students will develop menus, order supplies, prep, cook, and serve food at various locations on base. Each class will include up to 12 students from Sinclair’s Hospitality Management Program.
