Small Business Growth Continues Downtown

Mike ColvinFast Facts

Small, independent businesses are the backbone of downtown Dayton, and downtown continues to see growth in that area, as new small businesses are added. Three new leases have recently been signed for downtown space. An event planning business called ZaLaDaS is slated to open in the RSM building at 10 S. Patterson Boulevard, once current construction is completed. Later this year, the St. Clair Lofts building will welcome EmBARK dog boutique. Another business, Vy Banks Boudoir, plans to open soon in the space above Grist at the corner of Fifth and Ludlow sts. Entrepreneurs looking to find downtown space can use the DDP’s Site Seeker program, which offers free, confidential services to find office and commerical space for your business. Interested?
