Stratacache Tower Sees Growth in Tech Sector

Mike Colvin Fast Facts

A computer science and engineering company, Tenet 3 LLC, is expected to begin operating out of its new office space in Stratcache Tower in early 2022. Tenet3 provides cyber security analyses for the Department of Defense and other clients, and joins a growing list of defense contractors locating downtown. The firm will occupy the full 23rd floor of Stratacache Tower, and add more than 40 jobs downtown, with space for up to 75 employees. Chief Administrative Officer Julia Hughes told the Dayton Business Journal that the move was made out of a love for downtown Dayton. She added, “Because of our move downtown, six of our employees in their 20s and 30s have already relocated to downtown Dayton – two from out of state.”

In other Stratacache Tower news, Exela Technologies, a tech company that opened its offices in the tower in late 2020 and early 2021, is growing, thanks to a partnership with CareSource. CareSource held a welcome event for leaders at Exela, who announced their intention to bring more jobs to the area, with the potential for Dayton to become a talent hub for the company.
