The Ohlmann Group Plans Move Downtown

Mike ColvinFast Facts

A family-owned marketing and advertising firm is moving its offices to downtown Dayton after spending 55 years at its current location. The Ohlmann Group expects to move into an open-concept space on the 10th floor of the 130 Building on Second Street this January. According to an announcement, the new office space will feature high-tech conference rooms and will bring the Ohlmann Group closer to many of the agency’s current clients. In a release, leaders of the Ohlmann Group say the decision to move did not come lightly but shows the agency’s commitment to its future in Dayton. “Dayton’s known for its innovation, and The Ohlmann Group is on a similar trajectory,” said David Bowman, president of the Ohlmann Group. “We’re proud of our long-time relationships with our clients, and we grow with them.”
