Water Street Developers Plan More Housing Units

Woodard Development and Crawford Hoying, the developers of downtown Dayton’s Water Street District, have purchased a former industrial property near Fifth Third Field with plans to build new downtown apartments featuring on-site parking.The property, located at 507 E. First St., was the former home of Dayton Supply & Tool Company.

Developers say the plan calls for demolishing the existing building to construct roughly 100 new apartment units on the property.
