Sebaly Shillito + Dyer has made the move to a 30,000-square-foot space inside the CareSource building at 220 E. Monument Avenue in downtown Dayton. The new office is located just a few blocks away from the firm’s home of more than 20 years in Stratacache Tower. Shareholders at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer tell the Dayton Business Journal that staying downtown was important to everyone at the firm.

“We’ve always been a downtown firm,” said Nick Endsley, shareholder at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer. “It’s been important to the founders and continuing to all the partners to maintain a downtown presence. We find it important to support downtown and be part of downtown and its evolutions, and we just wanted to continue that.”

Endsley goes on to say that the new location was chosen in part because of its proximity to restaurants and walkable amenities like RiverScape MetroPark and Day Air Ballpark.
