Woodard Development Announces New Downtown Headquarters

A developer behind a number of downtown projects has announced it will soon have a new headquarters in downtown Dayton. Woodard Development purchased 505 S. Jefferson St. in 2022. In an interview with the Dayton Business Journal, founder and principal Jason Woodard says the first floor will focus on construction operations while the rest of the company’s employees will be based on the second floor. 35 employees are expected to move into the building in the spring of 2024. Woodard Development, along with Crawford Hoying, are the developers of the Water Street District near Day Air Ballpark.
