Downtown’s newest hotel and rooftop restaurant celebrated a shared grand opening ceremony earlier this week. The AC Hotel and The Foundry, located on the hotel’s seventh floor, welcomed guests from around the world to a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening on Monday, July 17. The 134-room hotel officially opened for operation at 124 Madison Street in April, with the Foundry opening its doors earlier this month. Both are located adjacent to Day Air Ballpark and Moeller Brew Barn in the Water Street District. The Foundry offers a menu featuring wood-fired dishes, specialty cocktails, and a patio with a stunning view of downtown.
