Local real estate brokerage Glasshouse Realty recently acquired a Cleveland-based Century 21 real estate team, adding 75 agents to Glasshouse. According to the Dayton Business Journal, the acquisition gives Glasshouse comprehensive coverage across Northeast Ohio, with the new team spanning Greater Cleveland, Akron, Ashtabula, and Elyria.
“From the beginning, we’ve believed that when you build the right environment for agents to succeed, growth follows naturally,” Glasshouse Realty’s Evan Kloth told the DBJ. “Our expansion into Cleveland isn’t about opening offices – it’s about partnering with teams that share our values and want to build something meaningful for their agents and their communities.”
