A new 9,000-square-foot flexible workspace is expected to open downtown early next year. IWG‘s new Regus center will be located in Courthouse Crossing at 40 W. Second St. and will be the first for downtown Dayton. The space will feature co-working areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and creative spaces. The downtown location will be designed to provide space for established firms and start-ups across a wide range of industries.

“We are establishing a stronger and much-needed footprint in Dayton with this latest opening,” said Mark Dixon, CEO & Founder of IWG. “As an important business hub, Dayton is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans. The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal.”

IWG currently has more than 3,500 flexible workspaces worldwide. Downtown’s Regus co-working center is expected to open in the second quarter of 2024.
