Marketing Firm Makes the Move to The Manhattan

Mike Colvin Fast Facts

A Dayton-based national business-to-business marketing firm has found its new downtown home. TriComB2B is now located on the third floor of The Manhattan Building, 601 E. Third St. The company’s previous office was located in Performance Place, just a few blocks away. Officials with TriComB2B say a downtown presence has become an integral part of their business, and the decision to stay downtown was a simple one.

“When we were evaluating new spaces, we only considered options downtown,” John Buscemi, co-owner of TriComB2B said in a news release. “Our team knows a vibrant urban core is important to our region’s future, and they enthusiastically supported our decision to remain downtown.”

The Manhattan Building is also home to several other businesses, including Henny Penny, Mile 2, Battle Sight Technologies, and the Dayton Daily News.
